Initial consultation
We visit your property, inspect the building fabric and clarify feasibility, budget and permits with you.

Execution
rom demolition to plumbing, electrical work and flooring, through to plastering, painting and carpentry: our team and partner firms carry out all trades in a coordinated way.

Handover
Final cleaning, joint inspection with acceptance protocol and turnkey handover, on schedule as promised.

Planning & concept
You receive a quote structured according to BKP with fixed prices and a binding schedule. On request, we also handle the building permit application.

Quality control & site supervision
We check quality on site daily, monitor schedules and costs, and keep you informed at every stage.

Aftercare
We remain there for you after handover: for warranty matters under SIA 118, small adjustments and future service work.
